[Update] Resolved The Problem By Accessing app.subiz.com.vn And Changing The Subiz Widget Embed Code.

Starting June 6, 2020, some Subiz accounts experienced problems accessing app.subiz.com and displaying widgets on the website. The cause was the breakdown of the AAE-1 submarine cable (4 June 2020) which caused reduced international bandwidth and connection errors to Subiz.

The Subiz team focused on monitoring the situation to come up with the following solutions:

1. Solve problems accessing app.subiz.com

The URL has now been changed to app.subiz.com.vn. This will ensure all customers can access and use Subiz normally.

2. Change the Subiz Widget Embed Code.

Subiz has created a new embed code to fix display errors and ensure the interaction process between your business and customers runs smoothly.

Please follow the quick and simple steps below:

• Entered into application.subiz.com.vnget the new Embed code.
• Replace the old code on your website with this new one.
• Check out the Subiz widget on the website.

Notes: For those who have contacted us and were assisted by Subiz agents to change the new embed code at the time of the incident (starting June 4 2020), there is no need to follow the instructions above.
